As such, we go above and beyond to ensure you only get pasture-raised and tender goat meat delivered to your home for immediate preparation. At DockWaters we take extra precautions to avoid irregular cuts, or goats trimmed with chipped and rough-edged meat. You will find no mixed offal organs or mixed batches at DockWaters. We only dabble in Goats that are between 4 to 12 months old and ensure their meat is rested for at least a minimum of 12 hours. The meat is also temperature controlled between 4 ° C to 8 ° C. We also employ the practice of artisanal butchery, wherein we ensure the meat we procure remains purely organic. Furthermore, all of our Goats undergo regular temperature checks and food-safety inspection to ensure you only get the best chicken for safe consumption.
