Returns and Exchange Policy

We at dockwaters, we strive relentlessly to deliver you the highest quality seafood and meat products. Our quality control and management team ensures that every product goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before it is packed and prepared for delivery. However, in the rare case you want to return/exchange your product, here is our returns policy:

Meat and Seafood products can only be returned only in any of the below cases:

1. Its delivered after the expiry date of the item as mentioned on the package.
2. You receive the package in damaged condition. You need to click pictures and send it to us at

- In case you would like to rethink your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

3. When we receive back the returned item, our quality management team will inspect the items returned by you and will do the needful. All the returned items must be packed in the original packing box.

4. In the case of return, we will ship you the new item once your returned item is received at our processing center and thoroughly inspected.

5. Alternatively, in case you do not want the same product item again, we will issue you a coupon equal to the amount of your purchase which you can use for any future purchases you do on our website.The coupon has to be used within the validity period mentioned in the coupon. The coupon cannot be used once the validity period is over and can't be reissued in such case.

6. Products purchased via use of coupon can neither be exchanged nor returned.

7. Dockwaters reserves the right to collect a penalty in case if the products are returned due to any of the following reasons:
-Wrong or Incomplete address provided by the customer
-Customer not available to receive the order or refuses to receive the order

In such cases, no refund will be initiated and a penalty will be charged along with the delivery charges.
